Requirements for Online Final Examination |

WYOMING The Online Examination is closed book and must be monitored by a disinterested third party (defined as a person who is not an employee at the same company, family member or friend*) who must sign The Affidavit of Student and Examination Monitor - Closed Book and monitor the entire examination. Print, complete and return this Affidavit and The Course Evaluation Form to:
