Why don't I hear any sound?
Please make sure you have a sound card installed on your computer. Make sure that speakers are plugged in and turned on.
Why can't I see all the program on my screen?
Your computer monitor's resolution needs to be set to a minimum of 800 x 600 pixels. We recommend 1024 x 768 pixels for optimal viewing. To change your screen's resolution, go to the START menu. Choose SETTINGS, then choose CONTROL PANELS. Double-click on the DISPLAY icon to access the display settings. Click on the SETTINGS tab, and modify you resolution using the slider in the lower right corner of the window. Click OK when finished.
