GENERAL

How long does the program take?

The Medical Claim Trainer is divided into three parts. Each part takes approximately four to six hours to complete, but is divided into chapters so that you can complete chapters at different times.

How do I order workbooks and Continuing Education tests?

You can use the order form provided on this website.

Do I have to take the entire program to get CEUs?

No. Each of the three parts has been approved separately for continuing education credits. Therefore, you can take one part at a time. Chapters within each part do not have to be taken in order, but it is suggested to do so. Check the continuing education page for the number of approved hours in your state for each part.
