Upon completion of the course your state may require a closed book examination. Some states require that the examination be monitored by an entirely disinterested person, who will sign an affidavit confirming this, verify your identity through photo ID and monitor the test. This person cannot be a supervisor, subordinate, or family member. Therefore you may want to make arrangements for this monitor before purchasing the examination since a NO REFUND policy applies for examination orders. Clergy, attorneys and public librarians often act as a resource for this. Please check the requirements linked to each state before purchasing.

The examination will take approximately thirty (30) minutes to complete. There is a different examination for Part I, Part II and Part III.

You will be asked to send the following to Medical Directions, Inc.:

  1. A copy of the course answer sheets which you completed at the end of each chapter of the training program. (CD-ROM study students, does not apply to online study students.)
  2. The signed Affidavit.
  3. The completed Evaluation Form.

Upon successful completion of 70% of the examination and upon receipt of the above listed materials, you will receive your Certificate(s) of Completion verifying your Continuing Education Credits.

You may elect to purchase a workbook for Part I, Part II and/or Part III of the course. The workbooks are not a requirement of the course but have been found to assist in self-study and act later as a desk reference.
